1. Purpose and Acceptance
These Terms of Use and Privacy describe the conditions for using the App and explain how we process personal data.
By creating an account or accessing the App, the User agrees to this document and to complementary policies, including Cookies Policy and Security Policy.
If the User does not accept any condition, they must stop using the App and request account closure through support channels.
2. User Account
The User is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering.
Access credentials are personal and non-transferable. The User must enable multi-factor authentication and protect access devices.
Suspicious activities must be promptly reported to the Provider. Silence may lead to preventive account blocking.
3. Data Collection
We collect only the data necessary to operate the App and comply with legal obligations.
- Registration data: name, national ID, identification documents, contact details, and proofs required by KYC/AML rules.
- Transactional data: records of financial operations, movement history, limits, and User preferences.
- Technical data: device information, IP address, access logs, and performance metrics.
- Support data: recordings, attachments, and communications made with the support team.
4. Use of Data
Collected data are used for secure authentication, delivering contracted services, personalizing experiences, and continuously improving the App.
We also use data for statistical analysis, fraud detection, user support, and compliance with regulatory and tax obligations.
Processing follows LGPD principles, including purpose, necessity, adequacy, and transparency.
5. Data Sharing
We may share data with partner financial institutions, infrastructure providers, regulators, and competent authorities, always under a legal basis.
Third-party service providers operate under confidentiality clauses and security standards equivalent to those adopted by the Provider.
No information is sold or traded for advertising purposes without the User's explicit consent.
6. User Rights
The User may exercise rights provided by data protection laws at any time.
Requests can be made through the App's support channels and will be handled within reasonable timeframes, subject to legal and regulatory restrictions.
- Confirmation of processing and access to stored personal data.
- Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data.
- Anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary, excessive, or unlawfully processed data.
- Data portability, according to the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) regulations.
- Revocation of consent when processing is based on that legal ground.
7. Information Security
We implement technical and organizational controls aligned with market standards, including encryption, access segmentation, and continuous monitoring.
Despite these efforts, no system is entirely immune to incidents. In case of a relevant breach, the User will be notified as required by LGPD.
9. Retention and Deletion
Data are kept for the time needed to meet contractual, legal, and regulatory purposes, including terms set by authorities such as the Central Bank and Tax Authority.
After the required minimum period, data are deleted or anonymized, except when retention is legally justified by the Provider's legitimate interest.
10. Updates and Contact
This document may be updated at any time to reflect legislative, operational, or technological changes. Relevant changes will be communicated through official channels.
Questions, requests, or complaints should be directed to the privacy channel available in the App.
